Essential Prayers to Bless Sacramentals

P: Our help is in the name of the Lord.
R: Who made heaven and earth.

P: I exorcise (this medal / these medals) in the name of God, the Father Almighty, who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them. May God uproot and expel from (this object / these objects) all power of the adversary, all attacks of the devil, and all deceptions of Satan, so that (it / they) may bring health of mind and body to all who use (it / them).
