In a large percent if only people would reveal their dark deep sinful secrets in confession the darkness of their souls would receive the Light of God and his mercy and forgiveness. But unfortunately pride, shame or the appetite of the flesh has denied them or blinded them to believe that it is not necessary. By the time they come to me they are in despair, depressed, filled with anxiety or into pornography, with all its impurities or into evil spiritual games or pracitices Quija, withcraft Satan worshipping or Black Masses. Most priest are not trained in the seminaries for deliverance or exorcism, solely because it is not a part of their studies, so they either become frighten or dismiss the confessor with comments like I do not believe in those things, they are old fashion tales, or they suggest seeing a psychologist. I have been doing deliverance for several years, in fact I did three last night and about six a week with a long waiting list and in most cases the demons leave after about three hours of calling him out with a loud scream. If you are catholic and believe in God you best believe that there is a devil and he is very, very alive today in our lives. This is the first time I openly address my ministry and it is not that I need the business becasue I very ever excepted money from anyone not even gas money. It is a gift that God has blessed me and that the bishop who really cares for his sheep has delagated me to do and more important I love doing he Lords miracle and works on earth for Him. May the Lord keep you safely under the wings of St. Michael to protect you. Rev Father please pray for my daddy Mr. Leopold D'souza. he is an alcoholic for more than 40 years. due to his drinking habit and beief in other gods, he goes to fortune tellers and other places. he has ruined the life of the entire family. my mother expired after her long suffering in mind and body becoz of dad. his ways, deeds and actions have destroyed the peace in the family. i believe in God alone after attending retreats and prayer sessions. my dad is living in sin. please pray for him and give me a prayer which i can recite on behalf on my other family members. Many of the saints spoke on protection from the evil spirits in forms of prayers and living a holy life. St. Padre Pio is a wonderful example. The book is entitled, "Onward Catholic Soldier" and is a must read for spiritual warfare. Check it out. By the way, the Our Father and Hail Mary along with the St. Michael the Archangel prayer are simple forms of deliverance prayers that can ward of evil. The Catechism won't speak directly about this because it is a compendium of the teachings of the Catholic Church as a guide to Catholic teaching. One must search further. And that is why many are beginning now to speak up and write on this very topic.
